Generally I don't require much of Home Depot other than to provide convenience to get what I'm looking for and quickly check out which they do well. However, it is disappointing that I've found that they don't really back up the products that they sell. I purchased a bathtub glass sliding door and on installation, the entire door abruptly exploded into a million tiny glass shards. Forgetting about the inconvenience and injuries sustained, I just wanted to get a replacement unit so that I could complete the project in the same weekend. Unfortunately "Tom" determined that the best they could do is cover 50% and I would instead have to take it up with the manufacturer. That's ok for mediocre service if that's what they are striving for but I don't need this store in this town when I have Amazon giving better service. I will think twice about where I take my business next time. I've posted pictures of this disaster of a project...I wish this Home Depot could have stepped up to help a formerly loyal customer!

ATTN MGMT: The short, bald Persian man named Moe who works in the Kitchen design section has a serious attitude problem, has a problem with customers, and needs to be fired immediately!!!!
