Giovanni is an artist and a perfectionist. He is not satisfied until everything is just right! He came out to install whole house water filtration system. Very friendly, very responsive, clean-up after installation and super efficient. Will definitely call them for any future plumbing needs

We had HHS Plumbing install our Springwell Whole House Water system and Giovanni and his wife were super to work with! Super helpful in helping us understand the best way to install the system. Giovanni went out of his way to make sure he installed the system exactly how we wanted it done and that we were pleased with the end result. Best plumber experience ever!

First of all HHS promptly called back and due to a cancellation came the next day. They charged a surcharge for the in-home call and he repaired a faucet, which Giovanni had parts for on hand and unclogged a few of our drains. There was no additional charge for work above the visit surcharge which I thought was extremely fair and a great value.
Very friendly, took the time to explain and troubleshoot, and even per us asking checked out our garbage disposal to see if we needed a replacement and he honestly said no let it run until it dies no need to replace it until then, which We appreciated.
Great service! Timely and responsive. We will call HHS plumbing again when the situation arises!

We couldn't be happier with HHS Plumbing's service and work! Victoria was super professional, responsive and just wonderful overall as she helped answer my questions in detail before selecting them for our job. Giovanni replaced our whole house (salt) water softener with Apec's no-salt water conditioner, and also replaced our outdated under-sink tank RO system with Waterdrop's newest tankless RO system (3 gallons of pure for just 1 gallon of waste!). The installations were top notch, and he even managed to get the RO to work with our existing feature faucet rather than the chrome one that came with the Waterdrop. Giovanni took time to explain some of the workings of both systems so that we can manage the easier maintenance down the road ourselves. He is very hard-working, honest and personable. We are very pleased to have found HHS Plumbing and they will most certainly be our go-to in the future!

My husband, Norman, and I have had HHS plumbing come to our home for different projects over the past few years. We've always felt that the pricing has been fair and the work has been top notch! Giovanni, the owner, is very respectful of our home. He wears booties over his shoes and cleans up after the work is done. Most recently he wore a mask due to the Covid-19 situation, and practiced social distancing. He provides recommendations and answers all of our questions thoroughly. He is tremendously knowledgeable, and is also practical, never over-selling. He never loses patience with our many questions. We believe he is honest in his business dealings, and we like to support our local small businesses. We highly recommend HHS Plumbing!
