Zero stars. There was debris left in my gas line so gas wasn’t flowing properly. I just spent $4,000 to have my main gas pipes replaced. The same day called them back as gas heater wasn’t turning on. They said they would have to charge me. I will never call them again. Horrible work ethic and customer service.

These guys are amazing. We had a very difficult job and they got it down quickly and didn’t over charge us. They were super friendly and helpful. They even helped me fix some of my irrigation in my backyard. Highly recommend them!

I provided the new faucet. The plumber was finished with the installation in about 45 minutes. The cost was $570.00. He did not clean up any of the mess he made…. There is putty left on the pop-up. And did not bother to even try to clean up the calcium deposits left on the counter from the old faucet. When I asked him about how to clean it, he said he didn’t know. And didn’t offer to help clean it himself. I was told by another plumbing company that he could have gotten most of it off by using a razor blade. I feel I was taken advantage of and over-charged. Another company gave me an estimate $275 for the replacement of other faucets in my home, and told me he should have cleaned up after himself!! Will not recommend this company.

We have had an amazing experience with Metzger Plumbing. Parker has been top notch. We had a leak in our condo the day before we had to go home. He helped us fix it while we navigated it remotely and did a phenomenal job! All their recommendations for remediation and painting etc were excellent too. Highly recommend!!

I had such a fantastic experience with Bill Metzger Plumbing especially with Parker! He was so thorough and knowledgeable. He got the job done quick and spent lots of time answering my many questions. He discovered the problem immediately and gave me quotes on the spot for fixing the problem as well as other issues with my sink. In addition to his job here fixing my sink he looked at my water heater and bathroom drain. He was so great at communicating how to fix pipe issues and what the best strategy is to fix them. I 100% will contact him again in the future and I highly recommend this company for every plumbing issue!
