I provided the new faucet. The plumber was finished with the installation in about 45 minutes. The cost was $570.00. He did not clean up any of the mess he made…. There is putty left on the pop-up. And did not bother to even try to clean up the calcium deposits left on the counter from the old faucet. When I asked him about how to clean it, he said he didn’t know. And didn’t offer to help clean it himself. I was told by another plumbing company that he could have gotten most of it off by using a razor blade. I feel I was taken advantage of and over-charged. Another company gave me an estimate $275 for the replacement of other faucets in my home, and told me he should have cleaned up after himself!! Will not recommend this company.

Nick found the leak, explained our options and went on to fix the issue. He even took the time to educate us on a few other general questions. We recommend Bill Metzger Plumbing because Nick is awesome

After hearing a few horror stories about household leaks while people were away on vacation, a friend recommended that a get a Moen leak detector installed. Call Bill Metzger - that sent Evan out to give me an estimate. We agreed on the price and he completed the work. Timely, clean, efficient and friendly - and yes I am talking about a plumber. I would highly recommend Metzger Plumbing - ask for Evan. Now we have some peace of mind when we are not at home. The Moen App alerts you to a potential water leak and allows you to shut off your water - very cool 😎

Chris, our technician, was great. Explained the descaling process, and proceeded to complete the job in about 30 minutes with amazing efficiency. The cost was also very reasonable. I am a happy Bill Metzger customer!

They sent Chris out who was awesome. Very polite and checked everything. He couldn’t find any leek as other companies claimed and I really liked that honesty!!! I’m officially going to use them from here out and highly recommended this company!!!!
