Used 1st Choice today at the recommendation of a friend. Was so glad. They installed 2 smart thermostats at a cost below what the over-the-phone best estimate was, which was already reasonable. Phone service was friendly, timing great, kept abreast of progress, and then tech was timely and friendly, too. Tech provided sound advice and gave general warnings over HVAC scams, too. Absolutely will recommend 1st Choice to friends and family.

My old system (30 years old) was still going, but rather than wait for it to die and be stuck, I asked First Choice to install a beautiful and more efficient HVAC system for me. The no nonsense quote was reasonable and Jim, one of the owners who initially came out was super kind and chill. He assessed my needs and gave me two options based on my usage and a few other things. He didn’t try to upsell (yay). The technicians (Joe and Eric) were fantastic, knowledgeable, friendly, clean and quick. Then another owner (Chris) came to help out as well and he was really nice. The system is way better than my old one, and I’m thrilled. I will recommend First Choice to my neighbors for sure! Thank you!

Have had great experiences with this business. The first time the helped us out, we had a tricky issue they resolved and were thorough in trying to find the best solution for us. This time around they fixed an issue another vendor made (whom we accidentally booked instead of them) and were quick and efficient with the solution. Will happily work with them again in the future.

1st Choice installed our air conditioner about a year ago. Great system, works perfectly however a defect in a wire shut things down yesterday. They were out to the house today. A pinched wire within the wall was the culprit. It was repaired under warranty. Top notch after sales service. Very courteous and professional. I highly recommend 1st Choice.
