    Heating and Air! Peter and his team were amazing from start to finish. We had an issue with our AC in the middle of a heatwave, and they came to the rescue quickly. Peter was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was running smoothly. The level of customer service they provide is unmatched – Peter took the time to explain what was wrong and how they were fixing it, without making me feel overwhelmed with technical details. The pricing was fair and transparent, with no hidden surprises. If you’re looking for a reliable, honest, and skilled heating and air company, look no further.     Peter came to my rescue! Something was definitely wrong with my AC unit because it would turn on but the air in the home was so hot. We were all sweating and the temperature kept rising even though I made sure the AC was switched to "cool" on my thermostat. I called around and it was very hard to find a business available on a Sunday afternoon to work "after hours" or do "emergency calls." I finally was able to reach Boardwalk Heating And Air and spoke to Peter. He was so friendly and kind and gave me a quote that was very reasonable. He came by within half an hour and knew exactly to a T what the issue was from my explanation over the phone and the quick inspection. I was so amazed at how quickly he fixed the issue and resolved my concerns. He is such a professional and knowledgeable technician, and really knows his craft. He has 20 years of experience doing this, and he's such a cool, genuine, and honest person! I'll certainly recommend Peter and his business to all my friends and family.     Just recently had to purchase a new AC unit and Boardwalk Heating and Air came highly recommended. Pete came by the same day I called to assess the unit, he and hus team tried everything to try and save the unit and save me money by avoiding having to purchase a new unit. After several tries and exhausted every avenue it was determined it was time for a new AC unit. He quoted me a fair price and it was done the next day! His team was professional, efficient and their work was perfect. Pete came back after the job to ensure all went well. Give Broadway Heating and Air a call, they will not disappoint!

    I had an extremely disappointing experience with Boardwalk Heating and Air. Their lack of communication and lack of professionalism was evident from the start. It took over 5 hours to diagnose/refill the refrigerant in my unit. After the tech left I went to dinner for 1 hour and came back to a leak in one of my bedrooms. The coil and pan I was told cracked and that's what supposedly caused the leak. The solution was to replace the coil and I agreed to the expense. They were supposed to be out that Saturday (2 days later) to replace the coil. We were told they would be starting at 10am and done by 2pm. We had the AC off as recommended since the leak happened on Thursday night and it was over 90 degrees that week/weekend. Saturday morning we were told they would be delayed until 11-1pm because the local warehouse didn't have the coil and they needed to go to Ontario. The tech didn't arrive until closer to 2pm. Once the tech arrived, we found out a whole slew of "problems" that we were not told by the previous tech or the owner, Peter. We were told the coil could not be replaced because a gas pipe was in the way.... DON'T YOU THINK the previous tech should have told us this?! We were told by the tech that we needed to get several other trades out to re-run the gas pipe, cut beams, etc. After speaking with Peter, his solution was to just replace the pan (which the previous tech had told me would be almost impossible to get to and would take at least 10 business days to get in.) Peter promised to call me back on the ETA for the pan first thing Monday morning but never did! We are over 1 week past this point and I NEVER received a call or text. While on the phone with Peter (the owner) discussing the pan replacement, instead of addressing my concerns, he blamed my irritation on my pregnancy. This was both insulting and dismissive of the actual issues at hand. Please do not give this company your business. I am baffled as to how they are still in operation given their poor service and unprofessionalism. Terrible company.

    The most amazing person ever in this industry. Always ready to help and follow up is amazing. You need a great air and heat contact do not hesitate. Oh also...he is a big dog lover too. Thank you for all your services at my home and all my loyal clients you have assisted.
