Air Care is a WONDERFUL Company! Right before Christmas my furnace went out in the attic. I was very nervous because it was right before the holidays, and I was concerned that the issue was going to be a big expense. I googled the best AC company and they were the first ones to pop up! I gave them a call, right away, after reading all of their amazing reviews, and they sent Matt out to help me.
Matt was incredibly professional and helpful. He was very knowledgeable in all things furnace and AC related. After his examination of my furnace, he explained to me that the fan on my furnace has come loose and is hitting the top of the housing which it causing the issue. He explained the price to me and the time it would take to do the work, and it was totally reasonable! I was so thankful he wasn’t trying to scam me and get more money from me like other companies I have gone to in the past. I am a young female home owner and it happens to me so often, and it is very difficult to trust companies with my house in their hands. I am beyond grateful that I found Air Care and THANK YOU MATT for your kindness, help, and support!!
Air Care is truly an honest company trying to help others in need. The work that Matt did was incredibly time consuming and taxing. I am very thankful that he came to the rescue and was willing and ready to help me.
Most companies wouldn’t have wanted to do it, and I know that because I had another AC company come to my house and check my furnace just a month before this incident happened, and they told me everything looked great with no concern. I am thankful to be working with Air Care and will continue to call on them for all my AC/ Furnace needs and concerns. I would recommend this business to all my family and friends.

Jimmy was super diligent in diagnosing and fixing our heating and AC issues- issues that were numerous and somewhat complex.
He clearly communicated his findings and his plan. It took a couple visits (waiting for parts to arrive), but he completed the job perfectly.
His positive attitude, communication skills and true customer service approach made Air Care a pleasure to deal with. Based on my experience I can safely say I’m not calling anyone else whenever I have an HVAC need.

I gave AirCare a call to come take a look at my furnace as it just stopped working out of nowhere and it is freezing in my house! I was able to get on their schedule as early as the next morning and Taylor was very thorough at explaining our system to us and what was going on and what problems we were experiencing. Taylor gave us the option to have repairs made on the furnace but since the unit is already 21 years old, he also gave us the option to replace the unit. We opted to replace the furnace rather than trying to repair the original one. The turnaround time was very quick and professional. I am very happy with Taylor and the AirCare team. Thank you again for all of your hard work!

Matt did such a great job with our tune up, ensuring our unit was performing at max efficiency. They were on time and very polite. Pricing is fair for such a good job. Will be recommending to our friends and neighbors

We had a very positive experience with AirCare and Evan, our service tech. Evan was booked to do a tune up of our two furnaces. Early that morning it so happens that our water heater gave out. When Evan arrived he quickly pivoted to taking care of our emergency situation and lined up a new water heater and installation same day. He also took care of our tune ups. Very cordial, great communicator, technically competent, answered all our questions and followed up on everything! It was a pleasure and a relief that night as we filled the tub with hot water for the kids!
