HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I have a home that is less than two years old that Aliso air did the original install on the air-conditioning. It broke and they came out saying it needs a new coil. The tech said it was from poor install (wasn't that Aliso air? Haha) The coil is covered under warranty, but the labor is not. They came out to install the new coil and were here an hour and a half and wanted over $2000. So I'm assuming that their labor cost is over $1000 an hour? I called the front office to try and figure this out and they were extremely rude saying "it's by the job not the labor". That's great if that's your model, but that's not what I was told because it was broken down into labor and parts. They had the tech come back out and harass me at my front door in front of my family. He had a manager on the phone, but the manager never called me and wasn't willing to speak with me while he was talking to his guy. The tech told me that usually it takes 5 to 6 hours for this job because they have small attic crawlspaces but in these new homes, it's very easy to access and they can get in and out. I'm really frustrated and the tech made my whole family feel uneasy. Will not be using them again and we tell all my neighbors not to use them. If you are looking I strongly encourage you to find someone else. Looks like I had the same experience as Lynn just a few reviews below mine. Like she said, they don't stand behind their products and are a bunch of greedy crooks. Just wait until your bill is due, you will feel like you did business with the mafia.

Absolutely unacceptable experience with Aliso Air. I called to schedule an appointment and was immediately met with unprofessionalism and blatant disrespect from their front desk receptionist, Christine.
Christine's tone was condescending, rude, and completely dismissive—like dealing with someone who has no business being the face of a service company.
It’s shocking that a business already struggling with a subpar reputation would allow someone like that to represent them. Based on this interaction alone, I decided to take my business elsewhere. If this is how they treat potential clients, I can’t imagine how poorly they handle service calls.
Major red flag. Avoid.
P.S. / Update:
A quick scroll through their reviews confirms I’m far from the first person to have an issue with Christine/the secretary.
Her name appears repeatedly, almost always attached to the same complaints — rude, unhelpful, and driving customers away. Yet somehow, she’s still there. Whether she’s related to the owner or just protected by internal favoritism, it makes you wonder: what kind of professional business willingly keeps someone this toxic on the front lines?
The tolerance of that kind of toxicity speaks volumes about the leadership behind the scenes.
FACT: Too many homeowners have noted that Aliso Air-installed HVAC systems in new builds mysteriously fail right after the first year.
Coincidentally, my own system (installed by the builder) is doing the exact same thing: suddenly stopped blowing heat just after the 12-month mark.
When enough people say the same thing, it stops being a coincidence. Aliso Air is shady business.

At such a good price, I was concerned about the crew that was going to do the AC/Furnace/Thermostat installation as I had two disastrous installations (carpeting & kitchen appliances) from a major chain hardware store in the past. Quite the opposite it turns out. The three man crew and a quick visit from the supervisor removed and replaced the three major devices in about 6.5 hours with no mess left behind. The results were a fully functioning system with no glitches. They upgraded the system to current code and being in the service industry myself, I detected no kludges, quick fixes, shoddy workmanship or anything short of professional workmanship. At one point, when removing the old condenser, oil spilled onto my red brick patio which I only noticed when two of the crew were on their hands and knees cleaning it up with a degreaser. Once dried, there was no trace of the oil. Everything looked so good I sent pictures of the equipment to others to brag about my investment (I did the foil on the walls as the walls were in terrible condition - Aliso Air did the floor). The performance is exceptional as well - the salesman did not do a high pressure sales pitch and selected the right equipment at the right price. Professionals.

We like this company. Technicians are great. Office staff is great. Prices are fair. Keep with their appointment schedule. Easy to work with.

Rude customer service. The lady I spoke to didn’t let me pick my availability. She just gave me brief information, telling me that the technician would text to confirm the timeframe for the next day.
