I used Aliso Air to purchase a new AC unit about 9 years ago. I wanted to have some items checked out and some maintenance. Liam came out, he could not have been more kind and professional. We was able to clean some of the areas, fix a few small challenges, was very clean, kind, courteous. Aliso Air is the best!!!

Rob did a great job designing the new air ducts in our 30 year old home so we got more airflow to the hotter back rooms in our house. The crew was thorough, on time, and built the air ducts as per the design. They communicated the plan to me onsite and showed me a lot of photos afterwards of how the install was completed per the plan.

At such a good price, I was concerned about the crew that was going to do the AC/Furnace/Thermostat installation as I had two disastrous installations (carpeting & kitchen appliances) from a major chain hardware store in the past. Quite the opposite it turns out. The three man crew and a quick visit from the supervisor removed and replaced the three major devices in about 6.5 hours with no mess left behind. The results were a fully functioning system with no glitches. They upgraded the system to current code and being in the service industry myself, I detected no kludges, quick fixes, shoddy workmanship or anything short of professional workmanship. At one point, when removing the old condenser, oil spilled onto my red brick patio which I only noticed when two of the crew were on their hands and knees cleaning it up with a degreaser. Once dried, there was no trace of the oil. Everything looked so good I sent pictures of the equipment to others to brag about my investment (I did the foil on the walls as the walls were in terrible condition - Aliso Air did the floor). The performance is exceptional as well - the salesman did not do a high pressure sales pitch and selected the right equipment at the right price. Professionals.

The phone operator is unpleasant and comes across rude. I have called Aliso Air for the 3rd time today for the heater blowing out cold air, but because I called in February 2022 and November 2022 and now April 2024, this does not constitute as consistent issues. Apparently I should have waited to call in January 2023 instead of November 2022 and then the phone operator would see this as a consistent issue and waive the fee. I moved into my brand new home in January 2022 and have called Aliso Air for the same issue 3 times now. I believe that is as consistent as you can get. I will be looking for a new repair service as I need the truth of the issue with heat blowing out cold air each time cold weather comes around.

I had an unpleasant encounter with a phone operator who displayed a highly aggressive attitude towards customers, making the communication quite unpleasant. This has occurred on multiple occasions, leading me to prefer avoiding any further dealings with this company due to the poor behavior of their operators.
On a positive note, the service provided by the workers is commendable. Despite needing multiple visits to address issues, they demonstrate professionalism and dedication to getting things right (although I would prefer a quicker resolution during the initial visit, I understand the challenges).
In summary, I would rate the overall experience with this company as 2 stars. While the workers are excellent, the subpar management and operations make me hesitant to consider rehiring their services.
