They were very efficient, yet did not rush or cut corners. Their installers were both friendly and professional. We were impressed how they spoke to each other with support and respect. They laid down tarps to protect our home. I was most impressed with the installer who offered to turn the outside unit as to allow more space on the side of my home. He even went above and beyond the call of duty and helped me to trim my hedge! They showed pride in their work and didn’t leave without knowing that I was completely satisfied. From my first contact until completion - every guy I spoke with at Apex was personable, respectful and knowledgeable. I really can’t imagine anything better than that. We are completely delighted with our new A/C & furnace system and very glad we chose Apex. You will be delighted too if you make the right choice and choose them for your job!

Thank you Mark, Jake, Colton, Josh, and especially the Owner John for the exceptional service in replacing the 20-year old HVAC system that was no longer working. The new air conditioning and furnace heating unit offered by Jake was very affordable and installed by Colton and Josh in less than 5 hours.They removed the old unit, cleaned the whole area of dirt and debris, reinforced the mounting platform/return air plenum and installed the new system while explaining to me what they were doing. The owner John came over to make sure everything was working properly. Thank you Jake and John for offering the correct and most affordable replacement system and Mark for expediting and making sure that the job was done to our complete satisfaction. I will surely recommend their excellent Company to anyone who needs HVAC services.

Jake was courteous and efficient, and he answered all our questions. From the time our HVAC unit was serviced, and then replaced, to today's scheduled maintenance, the Apex team has been consistently professional and excellent in their service.

We had John’s company come out and install a new system with all new duct work. They relocated all the equipment in to the attic and installed some additional fans. They were on time, clean, affordable, and very polite. I had them also install some stuff at my mother’s house. I would highly recommend them to friends/family and will use them again.

Updated: two days after my initial appt, and my new AC is installed and working well. Because I had to leave the house at a certain time, Apex sent extra guys to my house so they could complete the job by the time I had to leave — I really appreciated that.
Original: I was able to get a next day appointment when our AC stopped working. It’s an old system, so I knew it needed replacing. Tony was very helpful in determining the issue and explaining the options, and scheduling a quick follow up appointment to install a new AC.
