We chose Capo Air for our annual maintenance of our HVAC system thanks to our friends who had a very positive experience working with them. The tech who came to our home was so friendly and knowledgeable and 0 pressure sales tactics. Got the job done and reasonably priced too! Definitely will be calling on Capo Air again for all of our HVAC needs.

Quick, reliable, and trustworthy. Louie showed up on time and quickly diagnosed why our AC wasn’t blowing cold air. To our surprise, it was a fast and affordable $100 fix, including parts and labor. Capistrano Air has now serviced our home twice, and I’ve been extremely happy both times.

First used AC last night and discovered today that the condensation line was leaking water from the attic to the first floor hallway. Service tech found that the copper tube had come loose from it's clearly deteriorated connection. Tech said there was a chance that they MIGHT have caused the disconnect when they worked on the furnace several months ago. He put in a new connection and said the call was n/c ! Now, how many companies would do that?
I feel that I at least owe for the service call...they said no charge!
We all worry about contractors taking advantage of us. Clearly, these people are to be highly recommended.

After recently purchasing a home in the area, we contacted Capistrano Air (based upon the recommendation of my sister who has used their services) to perform a "well baby check" on our HVAC system. Everything was working as it should and I felt confident in the technician and company to supply ongoing support services.
Several months later during an extended heat wave, I noticed that our AC system was laboring and not keeping up with demand. I contacted Matt who, despite the heavy demand for their services at that time of year, was able to get a technician onsite within 36 hours. He diagnosed our system, identified required parts, pulled parts from the warehouse supply, and had everything back and running perfectly in a single afternoon.
I have had enough experience with A/C systems to know just how crazy busy things get for HVAC service companies during peak winter and summer seasons. In that context, I really appreciated Matt's extra effort to fit us into their schedule and get us back in working order so promptly. I was expecting to have to wait a while but was very pleasantly surprised at the quick turn-around.
We'll be using them for all maintenance and support services in the future.

A++ working with very respected Owner Pat, Mgr Matt, and Super-Install Team Cheyne and Juan for a replacement of our Central Air Conditioning and Heat Pump System.
Our Air Handler cabinet required some real know-how from them, but they "handled the handler" with no problem, installed a great system, fairly priced, and we are Set for Summer .... and Winter!
When it comes to a Big Deal like replacing a Central HVAC System, Trust, Experience and Reputation count. And they Delivered!
