Carpet began buckling and wrinkling after one year. Carpet Choice told us it was because of temperature fluctuation in the house and did nothing. It looks awful, like 20-year-old carpet.

Just moved into a place where the carpet was replaced and found multiple spots in the carpet where staples were left in under the carpet from carelessness. I have stepped on a bunch of staples and nails along with my dogs and 2 little kids. Unacceptable. They tried to come back and fix the nails in the carpet that were sticking through the carpet from the tac board. But arent able to find the random ones throughout the house that were left by the workers. 2 stars cause they tried to come back and fix it. Some one could have really gotten hurt if stepped on one of the nails or staples coming down the stairs.
