We took our time to decide the type of floor to purchase, and we were welcomed in the store, encouraged to look around, and ask any questions. We did receive valuable insight from both Rick & Karen.
Soon after our initial visit to the store, we did go back and requested someone to come out to take floor measurements. The follow-up communication was very prompt to schedule the next step.
We felt that all questions were answered promptly. Very friendly service from the store to the installers. We love our floor!!

Rick and his crew did an awesome job of renovating and renewing our floors. A lot needed to be done to level and prep, but his pro team was up for it. We ended up picking a very tricky install of chevron white French oak and they did a great job with it. I got bids from other companies in the area but just didn't trust they could do the same job as Rick's crew could.
