Chad is an honest technician and an all around great guy. I recently made the dumb mistake of getting a wet wipe sucked into my AC air intake while cleaning. I called his number in a panic but it was after hours so I left a voicemail. He called me back within minutes, even though it was well past his normal business hours, and after he guided me over the phone I was able to get it out. He basically saved me from a costly mistake and did not charge me dime. It is refreshing to know that there are still good people in world who look out for one another.

Chad is extremely knowledgable with a long career in both commercial and residential AC. He is honest, kind, and very fair in his pricing. He made a great effort to help us out quickly and did not take it advantage of our situation. Just a great person to deal with. Consider yourself lucky you found this guy.

Chad is honest and demonstrates high level of integrity - Very responsive and gets the repairs done without ripping you off like other area HVAC companies like Triton. Highly recommend Chad and his company for any HVAC needs - He is licensed, trained and very knowledgeable in his trade

After our A/C stopped blowing cold air, I called Chad yesterday - Friday at 4:45 pm. I already expected him to say he was unable to come until Monday. But, he mentioned that Rene (his right hand man) was near our home in Mission Viejo so, he asked him to come over. Rene arrived 20 minutes later, diagnosed our issue and fixed it in less than 1 hour. He saw the problem immediately. We were so pleased with their response, pricing and ‘can do’ attitude! They both were incredible - competent, honest and straightforward!
We shared that another A/C company charged us $770 for 3 lbs of Freon in May 2024 when they came to do the yearly maintenance on the A/C system. We had a feeling that it was grossly overpriced and Chad confirmed it was a rip off! More than $450 than the usual price for Freon. We learned a valuable lesson here that our gut feeling was spot on and, in the future, we will always check prices before agreeing to any work.
You get a real bad feeling when you realize that the super friendly technician from the first A/C company walked around your house looking to upsell you and over charge you. Btw, we were so kind to this guy - giving him cold water bottles of water and snacks while he is knowingly ripping us off. Anyway, It was nice to deal with honest and competent people (Chad and Rene) here! From now on, Chad and Rene will be our go to guys for any A/C or heating maintenance and repairs!

Chad at DC Air was very knowledgable about my HVAC unit. He figured out the issue and fixed it at a reasonable cost. He arrived on time, friendly and explained the issue in layman terms. I highly recommend Chad.
