Chad is extremely knowledgable with a long career in both commercial and residential AC. He is honest, kind, and very fair in his pricing. He made a great effort to help us out quickly and did not take it advantage of our situation. Just a great person to deal with. Consider yourself lucky you found this guy.

Chad helped us to solve our problem on the phone, without coming to our home. His 30 plus years experience, was the reason he was able to troubleshoot our problem, even though the schematic was correct. He knew modifications had to be made and with his guidance, we were able to get it make them.
This could have been a big charge from other companies, but more important, he knew the problem immediately.. I’d called another company and I told them the same information, but they only offered only to schedule an appointment. Chad gave us, a first time customer, great customer service. I’d recommend him to anyone. He knows his field.

Chad and his team did an amazing job redoing our entire HVAC system in our guest house. We found his pricing was very reasonable when shopping around. He and his team were friendly, very knowledgeable, and were in and out in a day. Highly recommend!

Long story short: My dad used these guys and raved about them even before we needed help after our A/C went down and could not be repaired......3 bids later (from local and reputable companies ranged from $23,000 to $44,000!). Totally insane!!! DC's Heating & Air is located 70 miles away so naturally I didn't think they could help. But after my dad raved about them I called and asked for an opinion about our bids, basically got a 4th second opinion :) Chad stepped up, told me I should not have to pay that much, was honest about the cost and in the end we paid barely HALF of the lowest bid - and got a better A/C unit. Installation was done in a day with the help of his professional hardworking associate Renee. Thanks guys, our house is cool as we want. You are appreciated.

Hi, I can why Chad has 5 Stars. He came to my girlfriend’s house the heater wasn’t turning on. Chad did the diagnostic on the heater found the problem. It was the thermostat and quoted the price . Very reasonable price and she had it installed. Everything is working fine now. Thanks Chad for outstanding service. I would highly recommend calling Chad first for heating and air conditioning problems!!
