Kristina, the project coordinator, was a breeze to work with. The crew finished the work, despite multiple construction projects occurring simultaneously on our property. We had a great experience with the Electric Medics. They were a referral from a friend. They came onsite in a timely manner to give us an estimate. They did a great job of explaining the work that needed to be done. The estimate turn around time was great. We chose them because they were a local family owned business, we great response and a very fair price. Once we signed with them the payment process was very simple. Their project manager reached out to let us know what would be happening and when. She was also very responsive to inquiries. The Electric Electric Medics took care of coordinating with SCE and the city permits as part of the engagement. Their automate system lets you know who and when will be coming to do work. They were quick and efficient when doing the work. When they came to do the work they provided a small generator so I could continue to do work. The work was completed on time and with minimal interruption.

From beginning to the end we have only high praise for all the employees with Electric Medics. We had our 1970s electric panel replaced which was way overdue and now gives us peace of mind. Everything was included except painting so much easier to deal with one price. Scheduling and all work was done in a timely fashion and everyone was nice and efficient. They even brought a generator the day of installation so our refrigerator could keep running.
We had interviewed 6 other companies and in the end Electric Medics seemed like the right fit. So happy we went with them and highly recommend this company. They definitely take pride in their work and everyone was very respectful and kind. Will be using them for all electrical work going forward!

We decided to upgrade our electric panel to 200AMP to accommodate a wall charger and be ready for a solar project in the near future.
We have reached out to several vendors for bids. We chose Electric Medics not based on their pricing as there were other cheaper vendors. We chose them because of their communication and other feed back we received from other YELP customers who used them as we reached out to them directly.
Kristina was an amazing project manager that kept us in the loop every step of the journey.
Jake came to view the site as I wanted to make sure we don't face any challenges during the upgrade process. Discussed few addition options while he was checking the current panel. Before he leaves, we were set to go with them and handed him the deposit on the spot.
After they coordinate with city and the utility company, they notified us with the set date 21 days in advance.
Damien showed up on time with the rest of the crew and we were done with the city inspection and power restoration by 2:00pm.
We faced some challenges with the city during the lath inspection due to the rain and they were on top of it.
The job is now completed and the city has signed off on the final inspection after the stucco completion.
If you want to have a reputable company with good project management, I definitely recommend Electric Medics.
