Epoxy Systems International was great I would highly recommend the
DIY Countertop system. The product was easy to use and the results were fantastic! Friendly and helpful service they answered all my questions and made the project a fun experience.

Ordered flakes for my shop floor 8/29. Knowing I’m ordering from the west coast and I live on the east coast, shipping would take 3-5 days. On 9/01 email confirms shipping. But, no product the day before the job. So I call to verify where is it on 9/07. 9 days later since order. I’m told it’s shipped out then told it’s still there at the store. I inquire about next day, after them trying to help (which I feel she did attempt) it was an additional $200 to ship. They said they would knock off $40, then $60, then back to $40 for the inconvenience. I called 7 places locally, no one has the color I need so I’m forced with changing my color scheme. As a business owner myself I would have ate the cost of next day shipping and figured out the root cause of why this happened and fixed it. At the very least, figured out a better way of communicating an issue to the consumer so this doesn’t happen. At the end of the day, I’m not getting the color I wanted on my floor that I have spent a great deal of time and money to do. All bc of bad customer service.

I ordered the two car garage kit last year and didn't have to time to do it myself so I contacted an epoxy company and they used their own product. Before I decided to do this I called ESI to make sure I could return my product that is unopened and they said yes no problem.
So after the company came and did my garage floor I contacted ESI and said hey I can still return this product and was told "no don't send anything" So here it still sits UNOPENED in my garage.

Epoxy Systems International was a 5 Star Experience and I would highly recommend to anyone. The material was great quality and ESI went above and beyond to make sure I was prepared for my install. I was very happy with the finished product and thanks to ESI I can enjoy my garage again.
