Total crooks!!! They were sent out by First American. They charged more in “up” fees than it would cost to pay an independent. Tried to encourage hiring friends for repairs, and recommended requesting a cash out with home warranty! Made me wait 4 days to come out for a leaking water heater and then took 3 more days to get their estimate to home warranty. They made up bs code upgrades for CA. Which all other plumbers include in their installation of a water heater.
Employees are rude, don’t return calls, are dishonest and do crappy work. BEWARE!!!!

Great service! Arrived on time, got right to work and fixed several issues. The technician was also both patient and informative, allowing me to learn about the plumbing situation and what I needed. I would use this company again without hesitation.

I am giving the four stars because Travis was awesome and fixed my water heater without having to replace it..but as far as the company goes at least their receptionist they left me for 7 days without hot water and they refused to come any sooner.
