When they first came out to my property in Lake Forest, they did absolutely nothing to fix the leak in both the bathroom sinks/faucet. They wrongfully reported to my home warranty that nothing was wrong with it. I had to contact ANOTHER plumbing company, who then came out and not only fixed the leaking problem via valve replacements AND they installed two new faucets for me. The second time my home warranty assigned them to the same property to go look at a leaking valve in the sink, this TERRIBLE plumbing company came out and just left and didn’t talk to my tenants about what they found or didn’t find. TERRIBLE!!!! I would NOT recommend Fix It Plumbing, LLC to anyone!! You’re just wasting time & money with these guys.

This is the third time fix it. All PLUMBING was sent for one of my homes. Their professional technician Travis did everything he could to repair my daughters water heater, and did everything on time. I cannot thank him enough.".

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Read the reviews on here and on Yelp! They're not trustworthy at all. They were assigned to us by First American Warranty. Took them a whole day to show up for our water leak, they were supposed to call us by they didn't so we called them, they never picked up. Travis showed up, did not even look at the wall where we heard the leak, did not inspect the leak, did not ask to turn the water on. He left after 5 minutes saying he had to get approvals? Anyways we were told by the warranty company he never submitted the report so we waited all day, called them throughout the day but they never picked up. The next day apparently the report that took them 14 hours to finish just said they don't work on copper pipes. So we waited on them for 2 full days going without water and letting the water damage get worse and worse for no reason.

I was connected with Fix it All through our First American Home Warranty. It was the first time in years that the company that was used by the warranty company was any good and they were great. I was very pleasantly surprised. Their communication was excellent, they showed up on time, were very pleasant, and fixed the problem. I would 100% recommend them for any plumbing needs and would contact them for anything that the warranty doesn't cover.
