We were greeted with a warm welcome by Ahmed who took the time to understand what we were looking for with regard to colors, material, timelines and what would fit within our budget. He immediately presented us with numerous great options and went over all options thoroughly. Once we narrowed down our choices, he offered to come and measure our house and bring the samples with him so we could see them in the space. After we made the decisions, Ahmed was flexible in install dates making sure it fit within our other remodel timelines. The demo and install team were amazing, efficient and worked so hard to get it done as quickly as possible so we could get back into our living space. My wife and I recently purchased our first home and had such a great experience working with Ahmad and his team to renovate. He was so on top of everything and got it all done in the time that we had requested as we had a firm move in date. He was a huge help in selecting materials and the house looks exactly as we had hoped and imagined. I definitely recommend using floor expo!

Floor Expo & Design is my go to place for flooring, carpet, or tiling. I have recommended it to multiple family and friends and all have been incredibly happy with the quality of the products, installation, and the customer service leading up to the install. My personal experience was with Ahmad H. He was courteous and helpful. He
went out of his way to make me feel comfortable.
Throughout the install he called to make sure things proceeded properly. He even came out after the install to do some quality control. We have used them on both indoor and outdoor areas and was pleased with all! Recently, I had them do my new home, and the level of quality was so high, from the assistance while selecting the flooring type, to letting me know about any potential issues, to checking in DAILY to see where the install team had reached. This is TRUE special treatment, I felt like a VIP every step of the way. I will definitely use and recommend them again!

We are very happy with Floor Expo and Design. We had Ahmed and his team replace our flooring with large format grey ceramic tiles one year ago. The tile quality and install were exceptional. More recently, we had the team back to replace our complete upstairs carpeting with hardwood and again the wood quality and install was excellent. Ahmed knows how to design, and his material suggestions are spot on. His demo team was fast and clean. His install crews were skilled and efficient. He hires different teams depending on hardwood or ceramic because different jobs require different skills. We will call him back again to do our master bath soon. With enthusiasm, I recommend Floor Expo and Design.
