We were greeted with a warm welcome by Ahmed who took the time to understand what we were looking for with regard to colors, material, timelines and what would fit within our budget. He immediately presented us with numerous great options and went over all options thoroughly. Once we narrowed down our choices, he offered to come and measure our house and bring the samples with him so we could see them in the space. After we made the decisions, Ahmed was flexible in install dates making sure it fit within our other remodel timelines. The demo and install team were amazing, efficient and worked so hard to get it done as quickly as possible so we could get back into our living space. My wife and I recently purchased our first home and had such a great experience working with Ahmad and his team to renovate. He was so on top of everything and got it all done in the time that we had requested as we had a firm move in date. He was a huge help in selecting materials and the house looks exactly as we had hoped and imagined. I definitely recommend using floor expo!

Walked in and was met with some smugness by a guy who seemed a bit unprofessional. Salesman made some good suggestions on color choices but didn’t go into detail on options and even made some annoying remarks about the size of the home I was purchasing — suggesting the square footage meant it was a condo. Just an overall rude and annoying vibe from this place and the price point wasn’t even competitive. Kept pushing their own installation as if I’m not capable of throwing down some vinyl floors. I kept my cool but this place never had a shot at my business within 10 seconds of the interaction.
Look elsewhere.

My husband and I contacted Floor expo and design and had the opportunity to work with Ahmad H to install flooring for our home. During the pandemic it’s been a real headache dealing with remodel work but Floor expo and Design went above and beyond and made the experience so easy and seamless . Ahmad H arrived on the day we requested to measure our rooms and was extremely helpful in the showroom showing us the different styles and colors . We would have been truly lost without him.They are extremely transparent, prices are very competitive and always accommodating. Even the crew they sent to do the work were awesome ! We get compliments about our flooring often. We let some neighbors know about them and they used them as well. It’s been such an easy and great experience with Floor Expo and design . Thank you
