Nick, the quick, was responding very fast and was able to resolve the issue. Ten years later, we are hiring Nick to replace the entire system which was 26 years old. Nick was very patient explaining to us all the different options and offered us with very reasonable prices. Thanks to Nick, we were able to choose the system that fits our needs the most. Every step of the way, Nick would keep us posted for the progress. They finished the installation in the promised timeline. Our tenants are very happy with their work. We hired Nick and his team 5 days ago to replace our AC unit. His team came on time, and all were very professional, friendly and well-mannered.
Before reaching out to Nick, I had scheduled a consultation with another well known company...who actually FORGOT to even come for the appointment! Of course I left them, and reached out to Nick instead. He was responsive from the beginning and you can tell he cared about his customers. I was so pleased with his professionalism and work performance and am so glad to have gone with him and his services! I would highly recommend, you won't be dissapointed!
