I experienced my AC not cooling down the house after running the AC for a few hours and needed service. I called Justin at JL Quality Heating and Air because of my great experience with him a couple years back. He promptly scheduled a service call for me the next day and his technician Chris came on time and inspected my situation. He thoroughly went through my system and discovered a freon leak and there was no freon left in the system. He explained what was required to fix things and how long. I gave him the okay and Chris began the process of fixing things. Since I was watching him he explained everything he was doing and why. He was very helpful and his work was very professional and finished the job in 2 hours instead of the original 3 that was quoted. I highly recommend JL Quality Heating and Air because of their professional quality work and reasonable prices for all of your HVAC needs.

Full Review: I had a compound issue where I needed my AC system relocated to the attic and my boiler relocated somewhere in my garage. I surveyed members of the Mission Viejo community for their recommended HVAC professionals. After tallying up all the recommendations, J.L. was one of the most frequently cited as providing a great outcome.
I had 3 HVAC companies come out and provide quotes. The quote from J.L. was highly competitive, but the various options provided by their owner Justin really took the service to a level that stood out from their competitors.
J.L. was a relatively new business compared to some of their competitors, but their HVAC technicians all come from a place of significant industry experience. One of their senior technicians, Chris, was able to explain options and troubleshoot my specific situation with confidence. Both Chris and Justin had significant technical knowledge and were both willing to explain and review work being done.
We love supporting local up-and-coming businesses, but nothing was skimped out on with our service. This was veteran level work. Justin and the team pulled out all the stops to resolve our issue in a quick and efficient manner with little disruption.
Most importantly, I was happy to see how well J.L.'s team worked with each other. Although our deal was so good we decided to do an upgrade in addition to the relocation, you could really tell the service and installation weren't the only parts of J.L. that were of great quality.
Note: I'll post this review on Yelp as well, just to increase exposure. These guys deserve it.

These guys are AMAZING! Came out in about 12 hours of me calling. They quickly performed my AC tune and found a shorted wire that was causing issues extremely quickly. Brandon my tech was one of the most knowledgeable AC guys I have ever had the experience of working with. The Owner of the Company Justin even personally called me to confirm the appointment then checked in with me to make sure everything was smooth. In today’s world I thought service like this was too good to be true but these guys truly offer the full package. I recommend so highly that already scheduled them for a second service on another property I own. Thank you JL!!!
