I contacted Jacot plumbing through a referral because another plumbing company sent a contractor to my house to clear a blockage. The other contractor told me that it wouldn’t clear and to get someone who could put a camera in my line to see what’s going on. Well I contacted Jacot plumbing. They scheduled me for the next day. The specialist, Justin evaluated the situation and then cleared the line. Great job Justin. I appreciate the knowledge, experience and honesty. Thank you

Plumbing problem was addressed and was draining. I will use shower tomorrow to be certain. Professional and courteous Jacot representative. He took time to polish a drain cover that I asked him to either clean or replace. It looks great. No complaints. I did think I had the first apt of the day and ended up getting service at noon. Tomorrow he will go to my HBeach condo to service. I will pay for that visit. Patty White

Alex arrived at the arranged time, reviewed the situation with us and offered an estimate with options. We made a choice, and he effected the repairs, cleaned up after himself and invited us to check that everything was working as we wanted before collecting the payment - which was the estimated amount. We're very happy with Alex and Jacot!
