Ryan was incredible. He knew I had some problems with another tech earlier. He was a good listener, addressed all my issues, fixed them and was very professional. He has helped me in the past and always has a cheerful personality and kind heart. It is obvious he truly loves his job and cares about his customers.

I recently had Kalka Plumbing Heating and Air install a new water heater, and I am extremely pleased with the entire experience. Plumbing Technician Zach Acosta and his team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and were very professional. They explained everything I needed to know about the installation process and the features of the new water heater. They also took great care to protect my home and left the area spotless. The new water heater works great! Zach’s and Kalka’s professionalism, expertise, and outstanding customer service made the installation process smooth and stress-free. Five stars!

Zach was on time, entered with booties on feet and determined what was going on with our shower valve. He was able to order the part and returned the next business day to replace. He was cordial and helpful and knew what he was doing. Great job!!

Zack arrived ahead of the appointment time for a descale service and ended up installing a new disposal, pressure regulator and supply line. Thanks to Zack’s observation of the water pressure on the water filtration system, he identified an important issue that needed immediate attention. Zack’s work is thorough with attention to detail and we appreciated his enthusiasm to share his knowledge for our understanding. Thanks Zack for a job well done!

The technician was professional. The office staff and management need to work on communication and need to be clear on pricing. They explained the $89 charge was for the initial diagnosis and for the tech to come out. When they came to my home they said the $89 was only for the drive. The diagnosis would cost $236 an hour. I asked how much the is the hour rate for the repair. The tech explained that would vary on the work. Your pricing is not clear and the scope of work is not clear. It's a moving target.
