Alex the salesperson was responsive and experienced. It was a pleasure working with him. Matt in the installation department was excellent. He would answer our questions and concerns in a professional manner. This is our second time using MAC flooring, and both experiences have been PERFECT! Dawna, Kindra, Matt, and Chris were all hard-working and extremely personable, and they did everything in their power to get our floors installed quickly and professionally at an extremely competitive price. Can’t recommend them enough!

MAC Flooring comes with my absolute highest recommendation. It didn’t matter who I dealt with, whether it was the very personable and knowledgable owner, Kristin, or installation manager, Matt, everyone I interacted with had the same level of courteousness and professionalism. Communication was always very quick, regardless of how small or inconsequential the question, and the team took great measures to make sure the job they did was error-free and to my satisfaction. When you consider the fact that their rates are actually competitive with the market, MAC Flooring is a no-brainer. My brother actually used them before I had, and indicated the same level of satisfaction, so I know their work is consistent to boot. This is a smart, intelligent, well ran, highly recommended business. Very experienced and thorough.

An excellent choice for your flooring needs. I wanted a local business that was professional and would deliver quality materials and workmanship so I went on a hunt. Both on the Internet and in person. I visited at least six different stores.
From the time I walked into Mac Flooring's door, I was impressed. First of all, I was greeted professionally by their concierge, Kindra. Then I saw their showroom, which displayed various flooring examples, all beautiful and installed to perfection, giving an elegant and seamless appearance. That's what I wanted to see in my home. Perfection!
So far, they lived up to their outstanding reviews.
Each time I visited the store (at least five times), I was impressed. The staff was always welcoming, professional and helpful without being pushy. My sales associate, Tanner was very helpful in the selection and measure, answering any product or installation questions.
The process of ordering, scheduling and installation also went smoothly. The installers were professional, and the floor looks great! Just like the showroom.
In a follow-up I was asked by Kristin, the owner, how I liked my floor and how everything went, I let her know that I love my floor, was pleased with her staff, and would be back the next time I have any flooring needs.
