Leo and Ali worked super hard to give us a clean install in a challenging location. They replaced one full zone of our heating and cooling system on short notice. Hired these folks to remove and reinstall my AC while I renovated my deck. They were $200 cheaper than one of the bigger AC companies I called, extremely friendly on the phone, communicative, and a pleasure to work with. They warned that my AC could fail upon reinstallment, given its age, but they got it up and running again. John even showed me how to change the AC filter and helped me choose replacement filters. Just lovely people - will definitely call them for AC/heating issues in the future.

Really appreciated that they sent us an image of the technician via text ahead of time with an ETA. Martin was on time, was polite and communicated well and gave me detailed info of what he was doing and explained what went wrong. Initially it looked like there wasn’t a problem but he kept checking and made sure the unit was fine. After a few more minutes, the problem replicated again and he was able to resolve the issue immediately and without any pressure to upsell on products or services, just recommendations. So glad he was able to get it fixed without having to call in again. They will definitely be our go to for our heating and air repair.

Holiday weekend. AC goes out. We call this company. They got a 'technician' out within 24hrs, I was impressed. Conversation went like this "Your system has a coolant leak, we need to locate the leak, further the coolant costs 500 bucks a pound and you need four pounds" OK, so, not the best news but hey, it is what it is. The part that angers me? The 'technician' had neither the tools to conduct the search for the coolant leak nor did he have the coolant to re-fill the system. Literally came to my door equipped to do, well basically nothing. Felt far more like a shoddy sales experiment than a visit from an AC company.

The kicker is this, we want to replace the unit at the end of this year anyway. Had you came prepared to do some of the work, we'd have been in the market for more services. Your business model is -sales calls disguised as technical ability and capability-. And it's bogus.
