Ismael came to the rescue of our kitchen sink today. We were so grateful to have a professional, on time, thorough plumber to tackle the job. What we thought was an easy fix turned out to be a bigger job, but the way we were walked through our options was great. He was so patient with our son as he wanted to watch and before we knew it, our sink was clear! Thanks for your service!

Our whole toilet tank valve and emergency shutoff needed to be replaced immediately to avoid a mess. James worked diligently with us on pricing over a few phone calls. On site, Ismael explained exactly what needed to be done and how and why. We have avoided a bigger issue in the future because of the knowledge Ismael provided. If we ever need plumbing services again, we will be calling Mr. Rooter Plumbing and hoping to be helped by James and Ismael.

I had a back-up washing line. Ismael from Mr. Rooter was excellent. He gave me quotes for different options and provided his recommendation. He waited for me to run another load of laundry to ensure that the line was cleared.
