I’m a Manager Supervisor for an apartment company for around three hundred apartments in Huntington Beach and I hired Navarro's Heating & Air Conditioning for around five years and Mr Navarros was very professional and very honest he was even willing to explain to me what he did to fix the issues and hep me learn about this trade. He is big help when it come to trouble shooting and installs. I have to make schedules with the residents and Mr Navarro always comes on the day the resident would like them to come even if it’s the same day. I would definitely recommend Navarro's Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. to other apartment managers or anyone who needs residential or commercial AC company

PUBLIC SAFETY CONCERN. DO NOT HIRE !!!!!!!
I am writing this review to warn all people and avoid this contractor. He was hired for a simple AC installation, however was grossly negligent. There were issues with the AC unit since the installation and Sergio Navarro made multiple attempts to fix the issues with no avail. We hired a different company after multiple visits from Sergio Navarro and his crew. The other company informed us that the AC unit installed was not compatible due to the size and was leading to overheating issues and carbon monoxide leakage. We contacted Mr. Navarro to fix this issue since a complete replacement of his work was required. Mr. Navarro was rude and condescending and took advantage that a family friend had recommended him. He has refused to work with us on resolving this.
I hope people avoid this company for their services because of their lack of quality in their work and the unprofessionalism that Sergio Navarro displayed when trying to take care of this matter.

Nacarro’s Heating and Air Conditioning has done a perfect job they found the issue in my old system without beating around the bush like other companies and were able to do the installation really soon in the same week. I still hire them to do maintenance on my new machine time to time. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone who needs it. Very affordable compared to other companies and very lovely
