Finally, I have found the perfect plumbing company! Extremely professional from the moment I spoke to Jesse with his awesome customer service, to the excellent plumber that did the plumbing work on my rental property. Very professional, very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them, and will definitely use them again in the future.

I called Jesse as I had a hydronic hvac pinhole leak and both him and Ruben showed up to repair the one pipe - however a couple days later I found the pipe next to it was leaking . They both came over right away and said you need to fix it but a hot water Re- pipe from the H W heater to my HVAC would be smarter in that long run to prevent future damage with the HW line . I had them do the job for me at a flat rate price - it included putting new fittings on my HW heater as they were going to go out soon .
They worked quickly to get the job done and was only without water for few hours .
I wish the job was guaranteed longer then a year for what I paid and being it is a real re- pipe job from the HW heater to my HVAC I was told I would not have to replace that when doing a full Re-Pipe for my condo - I should hope not as this was 1/3 of the price just about .
Let’s just pray I won’t need to re- do this area and my re- pipe job will be less when I get it done 🙏. Thank you both for coming to my rescue and working so this hydronic system as not many companies do . I will share your name with my friends .

Great service. Was on time, knowledgeable and price was good for work done. Ill be using them in the future. I may have got lucky but I called for a broken water heater and broke tub at 9am. He said he had a 2pm available and actually showed up a few minutes before 2. 20 minutes later heater and tub fixed and working great after a month.

We called Rancho Heating and Air Plumbing as we had used them before for an air conditioning issue. This time we called because we were having water back up into one of our toilets and needed to have the sewer system diagnosed. I called at 8:30 in the morning and they told me that a technician could come by by 10:30 a.m. that same day. The owner Jesse came with his assistant and reviewed the problem and went ahead and scoped our lines to make sure there were no blockages all the way out to the street. At that time no further problems were diagnosed and no other issues were needed to be treated. We felt very confident that Jesse gave a thorough examination of the problem. As he was before we were very happy with the quick response and professional demeanor. Would highly recommend this company.

Rancho Heating and Plumbing Air are very professional. They respond in a timely manner and always make the correct diagnosis. They have fixed several problems at my home and I have always been satisfied with their work. They ensure that their work space is clean and free of replaced parts, trash and grime before they leave. Rubin and Jesse are friendly and very knowledgeable. I have always been satisfied with their work.
