This is my first time dealing with roof contractor. They explain the project to me very clearly and even show me how to claim my insurance.
They are professional and friendly, especially Mr. Nahum and project Manager John Gonzalez, they never miss my call, not even once.
The project is perfectly done and they kept my place very clean, I’m glad I call this company for my roof project.

I don't know the quality of their work but they turned me off just talking to them. I explained to them the job that I wanted them to perfom which was to replace the rotten wood around exterior of the house such as fascia, trimming around edges, and some wood siding. I told them that my house is about 35 years and most of the rot is due to age and termite issue. Instead of just concentrating on my request the comapny wanted to diagnostics the cause by lifting my roof tiles for inspection for leaks that may be causing the rot. They reminded of money hog dentist or a mechaics. They also wanted to charge a fee just to come out for inspection. I would not trust them and would give zero star if it was possible.

I knew Rescue Roofer was the one to go as soon as I talked to the owner. The work done by Nasson, Carlos and the crew was superb and the level of responses and attention to detail is great. I like the fact that Rescue Roofer will go back and do a final inspection after we have our solar panel put back on. I will recommend Rescue Roofer to all my friends.
