My technician Zach is very friendly and happy to answer questions. He completed the work in a timely manner and I would recommend him to future customers of your firm.
This is only a 4 star review because your company needs to hire more technicians. My first appointment was made 2 months in advance and I’m a club member, but it was rescheduled after I waited three hours ( I had to call you! ) because the others jobs took too long. I rescheduled and Zach handled everything.

I am very pleased with the service I received from SoCal Airflow Pros. The service technician, Zack, was friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly identified and fixed the problem I was experiencing with my A/C's pump and was able to repair some wiring issues too. I am looking forward to having SoCal Airflow outfit my home with safe and reliable equipment at an affordable price in the near future.

From the very moment my phone call was answered to the arrival of the specialist I have been pleased with SoCal Airflow Pros (Goettl). Eddie, the specialist, was straightforward and did a wonderful job of taking me through his findings step by step. He took videos and pictures of what he was seeing which he brought back to show me so I could understand his plan of action. I will definitely give them a call again!

Eddie was incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He made our AC rejuvenation process go as smooth as possible, and provided me with everything I need to know when thinking about maintaining my current system, as well as planning for future upgrades. Was on point with his knowledge. He recommended some upgrades while not pressuring me to buy anything ,it was just his recommendation. I decided to go with the up grades for my system. I can tell this young man is a great asset to your company's future . Always had a smile on his face while doing the work and was very respectful and courteous. Great job Zach.
