Kourosh could not have been better to work with. Quality work, fair price, good communication, and a nice guy to chat with on top of all of that! we had a rug damaged when unpacking due to utility knife cut. Kourosh was able to make it look like new! cannot recommend them enough.

I brought in a Moroccan wool rug. It’s a brown checkered.
I bought this rug used and it had a urine smell and was dirty. Beyond what was described.
SoCal Rug Masters was able to remove that smell and was so much whiter than before. He was very responsive and was able to take in the rug the same day.
Would definitely recommend again!

Kourash and his associate were extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful of our 3 beautiful persian and Indian rugs. Our rugs were saturated with pet urine, and I thought I'd have to throw away these expensive and beautiful rugs. I was devastated until my husband found SoCal Rug Masters! Kourash came to our home in Glendora and assured us that he could get almost all the stains and 100% of the urine smell out. He loaded up our rugs and, in only 2 weeks, brought our rugs back with new pads! They looked and smelled BRAND NEW! I WAS GRATEFULLY AND PLEASANTLY 🙏 SURPRISED! THANK YOU SO MUCH! I even purchased another rug and plan to be a customer for life. They are MIRACLE WORKERS!!! Do not hesitate to trust this company. Kourash is 1st class all the way.

I didn’t realize how dirty my area rug was until I picked it up after it had been cleaned. It looks brand new again! Customer service here was fabulous from the first phone call and text when I sent you a photo of the rug and you knew exactly what kind of rug it was.
