The tech was friendly and respectful. Put shoe covers on before entering. He gave me an orientation on my aging AC system and told me how to optimize its performance. Also invited me to join him as he worked on the system and explained what he was doing.

Office experience: Office staff was friendly and fairly knowledgeable. There was a small miscommunication on what services I wanted completed during my visit. The set up in back office is using an app that caused minor technical delays during the appointment.
Technician: Tanner was my technician. He was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient with his time. He was patient with my list of my questions and proved to be a subject matter expert. Repair was done quickly and we validated the fix together.
Tanner provided clarity, and instilled confidence that I can rely on this company in the future. Thanks Tanner for practicing patience and sharing knowledge with a customer, providing excellent service!

I had a great experience with True Home Heating and Air Conditioning. My technician, Tanner, was exceptional. He was very timely, giving me a heads-up when he was en route to my house, which I greatly appreciated. Upon arrival, Tanner was thorough, informative, and respectful of my home. He explained everything clearly and ensured that I understood the work being done (HVAC maintenance). Fantastic! Jake came out to assess our situation, and was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. We discussed all of my options and he sent me the quotes. There was no pressure, but he followed up to see if I had any questions. That was a nice touch. They also had a last minute schedule change and he called to see if I wanted to get the work done sooner. The crew that came out to my home was also very knowledgeable and professional. They put shoe covers on and were very cautious while bringing in their tools, so as to not damage anything. They cleaned up their mess and then walked me through the steps I need to do to maintain my unit. I interacted with 5 different employees, and ALL of them were top-notch. I highly recommend this company.
