    Office experience: Office staff was friendly and fairly knowledgeable. There was a small miscommunication on what services I wanted completed during my visit. The set up in back office is using an app that caused minor technical delays during the appointment. Technician: Tanner was my technician. He was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient with his time. He was patient with my list of my questions and proved to be a subject matter expert. Repair was done quickly and we validated the fix together. Tanner provided clarity, and instilled confidence that I can rely on this company in the future. Thanks Tanner for practicing patience and sharing knowledge with a customer, providing excellent service!

    Fantastic! Jake came out to assess our situation, and was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. We discussed all of my options and he sent me the quotes. There was no pressure, but he followed up to see if I had any questions. That was a nice touch. They also had a last minute schedule change and he called to see if I wanted to get the work done sooner. The crew that came out to my home was also very knowledgeable and professional. They put shoe covers on and were very cautious while bringing in their tools, so as to not damage anything. They cleaned up their mess and then walked me through the steps I need to do to maintain my unit. I interacted with 5 different employees, and ALL of them were top-notch. I highly recommend this company.

    Only reason leaving a 3 star review is because our AC unit was left fully open and unscrewed outside. We can not find the small little screws to close out where the wires are, which leads to an inconvenience of having to do a drive to the nearest home depot to find the same ones especially after paying a fee of $90 for the HVAC technician to come out and run their tests. We went back to our cameras to verify what HVAC technician left this fully open and it was with trueair’s technician. Even though it’s a pretty simple fix, it’s the principle of basic customer service. A customer pays a fee for the services a company is providing. We are being left with another smaller problem besides fixing the bigger problem (AC going out).

    Requested routine service on our AC. Emanuel was very thoughtful and thorough. He explained the service he was performing and explained in detail the current status of our system.     Initially very easy to communicate with. They even sent emails, called and texted. Day of, it’s 3 PM and no one is here. I was initially provided a window of 1-3. Then, got a text saying the tech would be here at 3. No one. I called the 1-800 number and was told closer to 5. The apparent issue was that there’s a third party weekend company that schedules. Still, not an excuse. So, I paid a tech to come, let me know my unit was under warranty (Honeywell basic unit) and that it could be repaired for more than a better thermostat. So, I’m replacing on my own and bought a smart thermostat I’ve used before.
