Technician Kirk responded to my residence. Kirk was professional, knowledgeable and honest. Kirk quickly identified the issue and resolved it within approximately one hour and 15 minutes.
I feel comfortable contacting White Mechanical again for any future issues or for routine maintenance. I would recommend White Mechnical to my friends and/or family.

We've been loyal White Mechanical customers for nearly twenty years. They have always kept our AC and heating units running in top condition and provided regular checkups to get ready for the change of seasons. For our new house, Theo did a great job upgrading our existing unit to give our AC extra life and help it run even better.

The customer service Amata provided during scheduling was friendly and efficient. She even contacted me to see if I wanted to move my service appointment up since they had an opening pop up. The technician Theo called before he arrived letting me know he was on his way and arrived on time. He was able to diagnose and address the issue quickly with a friendly and professional attitude even after having to climb around in the attic during 95 degree weather. Theo was also very organized and worked cleanly as he went. He even took all the garbage away. It was a great experience all around. I recommend them.

They did an excellent job replacing my old AC unit with a new one. Went through various options and helped me find the best to meet my budget. On the day of appointment, they came in early and finished the work in time. I am happy with the workmanship and professionalism.
